Over fifty years ago Belmont Corporation in Japan were the first salon equipment manufacture to create a new division dedicated solely to salon interior design space.The design service had then and still has a simple aim, to help salon owners get the most out of their premises and to create a working environment to suit their needs. Takara Belmont now have Design Centres around the world and the creative staff are constantly rotated to keep them fresh and abreast of trends and movements in salon design throughout the world. Takara Belmont Singapore’s chief designer has spent many years designing salons in Japan, New York, London and now Singapore.
Takara Belmont Design Centres can offer as much help as is needed, from checking over your own plans, to creating a total salon concept right down to light fittings and plug sockets. Initially we create a floor plan, and once that layout has been decided upon, we can produce 3D images from any angle showing exactly how the salon will look. We will draft plans for any custom made furniture such as reception desks, mirror units and other cabinetry that may need to be made. We can also supply detailed plumbing, electrical and lighting plans.
This Design Service is available to anyone wishing to incorporate Belmont equipment into their salon. The service is available through our net work of who lesalers or by contacting us directly. We will initially require the dimensions on the salon area, and as much information as you can give; such As number of positions required, number of staff, style and feel Also if possible the Belmont items in which you are interested.
Once the layout and the equipment has been decided upon we will usually visit the salon to discuss the project in more detail. We will then draft the 3D plans, cabinetry diagrams, electrical specifications etc. We will offer full technical back up for the entire duration of the project and once complete, we will often have the salon photographed and send out press releases to the trade magazines for their interiors features.
